Gillman’s Lake
Another of our very popular lakes, this one is about 4-5 feet deep and has an island running down the centre. Gillman’s is heavily stocked with Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd and Perch. Float fished maggot or pellet is favoured on here
Stait Lake
Stait’s Lake produces large nets of fish all year round. It holds a very large head of Carp, Bream, Rudd and Roach with some Perch and Tench also to be found. Between 4 and 5 feet deep with two islands down the middle. Pole fishing the margins and method feeder fishing are very successful methods here. Some Carp go into high doubles to low Twenties in weight!
